Update from Mrs. Hart
- Attended a conference in Marlboro celebrating academic achievement (for schools based on MCAS results meeting pre-pandemic results)
- Put together an “Ayers Hub” website for parents with lunch menu, schedule, flyers
- Influx of new families across the district, thinking about connecting new families with school resources and PTO
- City council passed extension of do not enter sign on Kernwood Heights to start at 7:15am

- Stuffie Sleepover raised almost $500
- Election day bake sale $2,142
- Fall Frolic $3,300
- Trunk or Treat $9,005 (includes concessions)
- Fall catalogue $2,665
Lisa Love Committee
- Meeting again before holiday break
- grades/specialists will do raffles
- Put tickets on sale right after Christmas
Caregiver Info Night
- Rescheduled to Thursday, March 5
- Need to pinpoint topics
Ayers Give-back Day
- Before April vacation
- Improvement projects around the campus
- Each grade could take a task, parents could come in and help too
- Repaint lines on the basketball court
- Paint library
- Mrs. Hart wants mainly outdoor projects: planting, weeding, align with Earth Day
- Set amount of volunteers from each class
- Within fence line of the property
Fun-Run
- Replace the spring catalog
- Give a portion to the fourth grade
