Ayers School and PTO Events

The Ayers PTO Calendar includes important dates such as meetings, events, fundraisers, and school activities.

To stay up to date, please subscribe to the PTO calendar by copying the link below and pasting it into your calendar app using these instructions. Do NOT just click the link, and do NOT Import or Download – importing creates a one-time copy and will not update when changes are made. Once subscribed, new events and updates will appear automatically. Remember to turn on notifications/alerts when you subscribe!

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Add Other Account → Subscribed Calendar → paste the Calendar link below → Next → Save
• Android/Google Calendar: Go to calendar.google.com in a web browser like Chrome, Safari, etc. (NOT the Google Calendar app) → Choose “view: desktop” at the bottom → next to Other calendars, hit the “+” → select From URL → paste the Calendar link below → tap Add Calendar
• Outlook/Microsoft/Other: Add Calendar → select From Internet → paste the Calendar link below
