We need your help on Sunday October 8, 2023 to make the Fall Frolic 5K and Fun Run safe, fun and successful.

Race Day Details:

Fun Run Starts at 9:00 AM

5K Starts at 9:30 AM

Please select an assignment below and follow a few simple instructions and you are all set.

Please come to the volunteer table at Lynch Park (near the shell) to check-in and get your volunteer shirt prior to heading to your station (we’ll have coffee!). If you already have a volunteer shirt from a prior race, please bring it!

Pointers and others volunteering on the 5K course may also get their shirts at packet pick-up at New England Running Co on Saturday Oct. 2nd 9:30am – 6:00pm. In this case, please text me (Alison) at 617-838-7695 when you arrive at your station on Sunday.

Please note the start time of your assignment. That is when we need you to be at your station! Plan to arrive at Lynch Park at least 15 minutes prior and be aware that the parking lot can fill up.
