Ayers Ryal Side Trunk or Treat
Date: Friday, October 25th, 2024
Location: Ayers Elementary School
Time: 6:30-8:30pm
Join us for a fun night of crafts, games, and Trunk-or-Treating!
$10 per person over 3 years old; $40 per family of up to 6 people. Those who volunteer 1 hour of time during the event will receive 1 free entry. Those who decorate a trunk will receive 2 free entries. Get your tickets at: https://buytickets.at/ayersryalsideelementarypto/1417568
To help make this night a success, we appreciate donations of candy brought to the school office. We also need many more volunteers to help run this event.
We need volunteers to run the following stations:
6:30-7:30 – Pizza sales, Bake sale, or Arts & crafts stations
7:30-8:30 – Monitor Pumpkin Walk, Run a game, Monitor dance party, or the Check-in table
