AGENDA

- MCAS starting
- Ayers Earth Week is April 12-17
- Each class will have one hour time slots
- Ideally have 3-4 parent volunteers per class
- Sunday, April 12th in the morning will be an adult project (repainting lines, etc.)
- Will have a Bootstraps donation drive that week too
- Kindergarten screening will be in the beginning of May
- 72 students currently registered
Catherine Frost and Gerrie Cahill – School Committee Members
- If you address an email to the whole school committee, only the head is allowed to respond
- Reach out to an individual representative if you are looking for a certain person to respond
- There is an email address for public comment: residentvoice@beverlyschools.org
- Beverly 400 is having a float competition in the 2026 Santa Claus parade, schools encouraged to participate
Beverly Ed. Foundation
- Grant season closed
- Received 29 applications, 1 from Ayers
- Less money raised this year, so won’t be able to fund all the applications
26/27 Board Nominations Open
- New position: appreciation chair
- Next year will be Meri Quinn’s last year as president, looking for co-president who would be interested in taking over the following year
Fun Run
- Wednesday, May 6th (half day)
- Online platform for fundraising: Future Fund
- Grade wide leader board
- Looking for DJ/Announcer
Yard Sale
- Saturday, May 16th 9am-12pm
- Rain or shine
- Bake sale and Ayers swag sale as well
Teacher Appreciation week
- First week in May
- Monday – breakfast
- Tuesday – gift cards
- Wednesday – tshirts
- Thursday – coffee cart
- Friday – wishlists delivery day
